The starred ones are things that I'd like to change. The one that surprises me is work ethic. I've always considered myself to have a poor work ethic. Maybe the questions just didn't cover it adequately. I have a tendency to waste a lot of time at work. On the other hand, I do care about work and I want to do a good job. I sometimes put in extra hours to make sure things get done... but sometimes that's necessary because of slacking off in the first place.

Maybe the real problem is just a lack of organization.
